R&D-oriented start-up companies born every year from universities nationwide, major companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that create new businesses with an eye on the next era. They aim to integrate various fields and spread new technologies to the world. If research is to create a new world, then the activities that these companies are taking on to create things from scratch are exactly where researchers live.

Leave a Nest Co., Ltd., a researcher group, started the Career Discovery Forum in 2017 with the aim of shedding light on companies where researchers have a wide range of opportunities, and this year it will be held on June 20th. In general, job hunting is often aimed at undergraduate and master's students, and there are many cases where it is difficult to see the success of doctoral programs. If a doctor wants to find a place to play an active role, it is important to pioneer it himself.

At the forum, many R&D-oriented start-up companies, major companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises that aim to create new technologies while integrating fields will participate. Companies that seriously want to change society gather with themes to discuss the future.
