The number of graduate students who are unable to carry out their research activities with peace of mind due to lack of not only research funds but also living expenses is steadily increasing. In the background, complicated circumstances are involved, such as the reduction of subsidies from the government, the spread of social disparities in recent years, and the termination of student part-time jobs due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. There are concerns that academic research in Japan will decline if things continue as they are, and the graduate students and researchers involved in this issue must also be feeling a great sense of crisis.
Therefore, we believe that encouraging graduate students to continue their research activities with peace of mind and promoting academic research in Japan will contribute to the welfare of not only Japan but also the world.
We, Academist Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Academist) and Akarik Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Akarik), which have been supporting researchers from various angles, have launched a monthly support crowdfunding (hereinafter referred to as , monthly support type CF) special program (hereinafter referred to as Akarik x academist special program) has started.
Akariku x academist special program
In this special program, graduate students who have passed the examination will challenge monthly support CF for one year from September 1, 2020. During the period, in addition to support from individual supporters, you can receive support of up to 50,000 yen per month from Akarik.
採択者は、アカリクが大学と連携して開発を進めている「博士人材のコンピテンシーを可視化するためのツール」に関するサポート業務を行います。現在は可視化する際の手順書やワークシート等の開発を行っているため、プログラミングスキルやシステム等の開発経験は問いません。業務時間は月10時間以内で、当事者の視点から「月1回程度の打ち合わせ」「ツールのレビュー」にご協力いただきます。また、採択者には希望に応じてアカリクによるキャリア相談の機会も提供します。
募集対象：博士後期課程在籍中の大学院生（D1〜D3）または、博士後期課程に進学予定の大学院生（M1〜M2）※1年以内に修了予定の方は除く
審査基準：研究者としてのキャリアビジョンを持って研究に取り組んでいること
公募期間：2020年6月15日（月）〜 2020年7月17日（金）
助 成 額：年間30〜60万円
採択者数：最大2名
応募条件：
1. アカデミストの月額支援型CFを1年間（2020年9月1日〜2021年8月31日）利用できること
2. アカリクの開発するツールのレビューに協力できること（月10時間以内）
