冒頭、アカリクの鬼頭さんから自己紹介がありました。鬼頭さんは名古屋大学大学院で環境学研究科都市環境工学専攻に所属していた頃、企業への就職も考え始め、「知恵の流通の最適化」を理念に掲げたアカリクに2013年入社しました。大学院生のキャリア支援に関心を持ったことも就職先選択のきっかけの一つでした。

Group work with Zoom+Miro
Even students who were accustomed to Zoom lectures were new to group work using Miro. Since each of us participated from home and used different devices, we learned by asking and imagining what kind of environment our friends were participating in. After the lecture by Mr. Kito, all the participants immediately pasted sticky notes on the whiteboard and inserted photos. You can use it intuitively.
オンラインの「メリット」と「デメリット」、その「対策」について
リアルな対面でのワークショップの企画、運営、実演などの経験がない大学院生たちにとって、「メリット」と「デメリット」をあげることは簡単なことではありません。比較できる経験知がないので、参加している大人に聞いたり、その場でネット検索したり……さらに想像力をフル活用して臨みました。鬼頭さんに加えて、アカリクから古屋さんがサポートに入り、合計12名が2つのブレイクアウトルーム「Aチーム」「Bチーム」に分かれて作業しました。
また今回は、休憩を挟みながら約90分間で議論をまとめ、成果発表をしなければなりません。進行役(ファシリテーター)、タイムキーパー、書記係などを自発的に役割分担し、与えられたテーマについてのグループディスカッションをMiro上で可視化していきました。

It would be nice to take advantage of the merits as they are, but in order to counteract the demerits, the facilitator (facilitator) can control the timing of team member remarks to enable more lively exchanges. In addition, there was a proposal to provide content that is as close to a real experience as possible by preparing videos in advance of experiments that stimulate the five senses. However, online has its limitations, and some commented that it would be impossible to hold all events online.

各チームの発表後、鬼頭さんから総評がありました。「新型コロナの影響を受けて、様々な取り組みが始まったばかり。だからこそ、考え続けることが大切で、一つの結論にまとまらなかったことはむしろ良かったことです。ワークショップ中に上がった意見の中でも、参加者に対して「慣れてください」というのは些か投げやりな姿勢で、参加者への優しさを持ったほうがいいという発言に心を動かされました。さらに、「雑談」というと余計なものというイメージがありますが、実はとても大切な人間の営みであることに気づかされました。それは普段仕事をする中でも感じていたことで、この場でみなさんに指摘され再確認できたことは僕の収穫でした。一方で、議論の内容や進め方は改善の余地がありそうです。まったく知らない人がワークショップに参加したときに、ファシリテーションがさらに難しくなるかもしれません。今後、アカリクでもよりよいオンラインイベントの実施が可能となるよう、ハード的にもソフト的にも進化させていきます。みなさんもオンラインイベントの実践方法について学んで、より良い議論が出来るよう改善していってください。」
