DXに関する基礎的知識を有するさまざまな専門分野の大学院生と、道内企業を「共同研究型インターンシップ」を通してつなぐプロジェクトをスタートさせます。「共同研究型インターンシップ」とは通常の就職を前提としたインターンシップとは異なります。各企業と大学間で共同研究契約を締結することから秘密保持契約が可能で、単なるシミュレーションではなく、実際のデータを用いた本格的な課題解決が可能となります。

Companies in Hokkaido that would like to accept graduate students are companies in Hokkaido that have a variety of data in their operations and are considering, or would like to consider, how to use this data to solve problems and improve efficiency in their operations. We aim to recruit candidates from a wide range of prefecture economic organizations and administrative agencies.
Flow until the start of internship
Graduate students will learn the necessary data analysis method knowledge and techniques from a DX advisor in advance, and will always keep in close contact with the DX advisor to solve problems during their dispatch.
Type of internship
As for the specific joint research type internship envisioned, 1. Centralized dispatch type, 2. Regular dispatch type, and 3. We assume a group work type. In the intensive dispatch type, you stay at a company for a period of about two weeks to two months, and in the regular dispatch type, you come to the company regularly for about 1 to 2 days a week for a period of several months to half a year and solve problems. will be done. In the group work format, multiple students consider the DX issues presented by the company through group work, and at the end, propose ways to utilize data and solutions. The group work type basically involves online meetings, with employees expected to come into the office when necessary.
